• Flat fee: $2,499

• You are getting married and your partner has hired an attorney to draft a prenup and neither you nor your partner are a business owner or beneficiary of an irrevocable trust. You and your partner are generally on the same page about what you want your prenup to say and can gather your financial disclosures relatively quickly.

How much it costs:

• Flat fee: $1,499

Drafting or Reviewing Complex Prenup; Any Postnup

• Starting at $1,499 retainer for review services; time billed hourly, not flat fee.
